Once you both submit your proposals, you'll see which issues you agree on, and which (if any) you haven't yet agreed on. If a section has a green tick, you both agree!
When you both agree to a section, that matter is considered settled. If you agree to everything, you can download your parenting and/or child support arrangements now!
If any issues don't have a tick, you negotiate with the other parent about those. You can get help from your mediator, too.
It’s important that you and the other parent communicate openly and honestly as you negotiate. You can discuss the issues together in Talk it out.
After you and the other parent both propose parenting and/or child support arrangements, you can ask your mediator to help you resolve differences, and to help draft your agreement.
